The Hat Champ is designed to fit on any press.  You do not need special screens-you can use your regular screens.  The platens are exchangeable, they thumb screw on and off so you can print on all types of caps and visors.   The platens come with two removable foam pads, one with a groove for ease in printing on the seamed six panel caps.  Hat Champ's unique pull and lock system holds secure enough for multi-color printing-no adhesive is required.  It features micro-registration on level and height.  An instructional video is included with helpful printing tips.

PLATEN FOR SHORT VISORS

This platen allows you to print on visors that are very short in height.  A slot across the platen securely holds a very small amount of material, leaving most of the visor material to print on.

Platen Size:

The perfect attachment for digital printers. No adhesive is required and the print area is held perfectly flat. Four sizes of interchangeable platens are available for different size caps. Each platen comes with grooved rubber pads for 6 panel caps. We have pin, magnetic or rubber bases for positioning unit in printer.
