SCREEN PRINTING CAP  DEMONSTRATION

The Hat Champ's unique pull and lock system holds secure enough for multi-color printing-no adhesive is required.

STEP 1:
Place the hat against the platen front, with the sweatband down.

STEP 2: 
Pull and Hold the button straight up with free hand push sewn dimple over the point of the platen.  If the dimple will not reach over point, try a smaller platen.

STEP 3: 
Hold dimple over point of platen, do not let it slip back. Keep one finger on point, tuck cap under platen.  NOTE: For stiffer caps, cap bill maybe above clear plastic holder. 

STEP 4: 
With cap clear of yellow gripper bar, pull handle up.  Remove fingers from point only when yellow bar is in contact with cap under platen.

STEP 5: 
Remove hand and pull handle forward, yellow bar will slide under platen to secure cap. Lower handle to    magnetic catch.

STEP 6: 
You are ready to print with your regular screen.
